About Ferguslie Cricket Club
One of Scotland's oldest cricket clubs, playing at Meikleriggs since 1887.
Ferguslie Cricket Club has been playing at Meikleriggs in Paisley since 1887. The club fields three senior XIs in the Western District Cricket Union, a full junior section from under-11 to under-18, and an All Stars programme for ages five to eight.
The ground
Meikleriggs sits on Corsebar Road on the south side of Paisley. The pavilion is open through the playing season for members and visitors; the function room is available for hire year-round.
The club today
Three senior XIs play regular Saturday cricket in the WDCU. The 3rd XI plays Sunday friendlies. Junior cricket runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings through the summer.
