This site is run by Ferguslie Cricket Club, a member-run amateur cricket club based at Meikleriggs in Paisley.

What we collect

We only collect personal information when you submit one of the forms on this site (contact, function booking, or membership application). The fields are listed on the form itself.

We do not use tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not set any cookies or use device fingerprinting.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend to the club’s main inbox (fergusliecricketclub@gmail.com). Resend processes the email in transit; the message itself is delivered to and stored in the club’s email account.

We do not share form submissions with anyone outside the club’s committee.

When the club introduces online membership payments (planned for later in 2026), payment processing will be handled by Stripe. Card details are never seen by this website. A record of who has paid (name, contact, tier, amount) will be stored in a private GitHub repository accessible only to the committee. We will update this page before that change goes live.

How long we keep it

• Contact and booking enquiries: kept in the club’s email account for as long as is operationally useful.
• Membership records: 3 seasons, after which they are removed unless the member is still active.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing fergusliecricketclub@gmail.com.
